ABOUT Tony Devitt TRAINER & C.E.O.















Tony has 30 years man management experience in Retail and Retail Catering, Leisure, Shopping Centres, High Street, UK Local Government, Hotels and Airports and is also has extensive Brand Creation & Development skills working with international companies and S.M.E.s

He has extensive training and management experience and has worked in many countries designing, delivering and implementing programmes relating to corporate culture and business practice. In his role as Training Manager  for Compass Group he was involved in corporate training in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Spain, the United Kingdom, Ireland and the USA. He was also retail catering Operations Director for Compass group at Dublin Airport ‘till he joined O’Briens Irish Sandwich Bars as General Manager during the rapid expansion phase of the brand. 

Tony was the driving force behind the award to SSP Air Restaurants of ‘Investor in People’ status, the largest service organisation in the UK to attain the standard at the time. He also achieved a National Training Award.

His brand and design consultancy  has worked with The Kenco Coffee Company (Kraft Foods), Unilever, Graham O’Sullivan Family Restaurants, Concorde Travel, NuAmbition Consulting, SSP Airport Restaurants Ltd, Compass Group, An Beal Binn, Smock Alley Theatre, Beaumont Hospital School, Limerick VEC, DeSter Packaging and Storm Cinemas to name but a few. 

Tony is a respected Trainer and Consultant in the area of Presenting Skills and Man Management and is sought after because of his energetic approach,  particular views and experience in ‘soft skill’ areas. He has a great passion for working with 'Start-ups and S.M.E.s in Retail, Catering & Customer Services industries.
