I have extensive training experience and have worked in many countries designing, delivering and implementing programmes relating to corporate culture and business practice. I have travelled to Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Spain, the United Kingdom, Ireland and the USA creating, developing & delivering, Training & Development Programmes.

I have a highly energetic approach with particular views and experience in those ‘soft skill’ areas. I have a great passion for working with 'Start-ups and S.M.E.s in Hospitality, Retail, Catering & any Customer Services industries.
